I landed in South Sudan, Africa the first day of December. The heat drenched my body in sticky sweat as I boarded a bus with open windows and no air conditioning. The driver took me on a bumpy dirt rode which led to the village of Mareng in a small town call Bor. I observed the bright colors and tall lanky villagers peering through the windows of the car. Smiling kids crowded and blocked the roads which gave me no other option but to get out and great them. While I socialized with the Sudanease people I noticed a familiar face moving towards me through the comotion. I'd seen Panther Bior in pictures and recognized his facial characteristics. I ran up and we embraced in a quick hug. He first introduced me to his wife, Nyantheic who greeted me a with welcoming smile. Panther and I talked about the school he had built and how it had come along. We then made our way to the school were we toured the classrooms and I met the teachers and students. Sudanease School
